PREAMBLE

1. These general conditions of sale are agreed between BF TO WOMAN, with headquarters at Rua do Matadouro Regional, Lote 22, R/C, Várzea, 2005-002, Santarém, Portugal, tax identification number 516 247 336 and contact +351 210 523 500, hereinafter referred to as "Arezzo Portugal Online Store" and individuals who wish to make purchases through the website https://www.arezzoportugal.com/, hereinafter referred to as "User".

2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website https://www.arezzoportugal.com/ will be exclusively governed by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

  1. The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to provide and define all the necessary information for the User regarding the ordering, sale, payment, and delivery methods for purchases made on the website https://www.arezzoportugal.com/.
  2. These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to place an order and ensure the tracking of this order between the Contracting Parties.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

  1. The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website https://www.arezzoportugal.com/, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart:

To submit their order, the User must: a) Register on the website https://www.arezzoportugal.com/, providing the requested information. b) Log in (by providing a combination of email and password chosen by the User at the time of registration). c) Complete the information and choose the options provided during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the tax identification number and name that they wish to appear on the invoice for tax purposes).
  3. The final confirmation of the order by the User implies full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the concluded contract.
  4. The Arezzo Portugal Online Store will honor online orders only up to the limit of available stock. In the absence of product availability, the Arezzo Portugal Online Store undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
  5. The data on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
  6. Order requests are valid for 7 (SEVEN) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different period, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions, and offers beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within the stated period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

  1. On the website https://www.arezzoportugal.com/, the Arezzo Portugal Online Store offers the User the following payment methods via Shopify Payments and Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda: a) Multibanco Reference; b) Bank Transfer; c) MBWay.
  2. In the case of credit card payment, the debit will be made to the User's card immediately after confirmation of goods dispatch. If some ordered products are out of stock, their value will be credited to the User's card after the order is closed.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

  1. Orders will be delivered within 7 business days after the order. Delivery is carried out by the company CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A.
  2. Shipping costs are added to the order.

INDICATE VALUES ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

  1. Prices are to be understood in Euros, with taxes included, considering the VAT in force on the date of order payment.
  2. If there is an increase in the price of any product, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (by paying the difference) or to cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN

  1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by the Arezzo Portugal Online Store. The request must be submitted in writing to the email support@arezzoportugal.com, within 14 days after the order, with instructions for cancellation or return of goods being answered and defined by the Arezzo Portugal Online Store, through the same means of communication.
  2. Whenever possible, the refund should be made by the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership for the refund to be made by Bank Transfer.
  3. The Arezzo Portugal Online Store undertakes to refund the User within a maximum of 3 working days.
  4. Returned products must necessarily be in salable condition, that is, in the same state in which they reached the User, without any anomaly or damage.
  5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the adjustment conditions will be indicated by the Arezzo Portugal Online Store.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY

The processing of your data is carried out in compliance with personal data protection legislation. This data, subject to computer processing, will be included in the database(s) of BF TO WOMAN and is intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be provided by them. Its provision is optional, and the right to access, rectify, and cancel any data directly concerning you is guaranteed, under the law, personally or in writing, directly to the address on the homepage of this website.
